These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern participation in the Ride in Bliss Loyalty Program (the “Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the following:
Ride in Bliss reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, revalue, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. Such changes may include altering the number of purchases or dollar amounts required to qualify for Rewards, adjusting reward percentages, imposing additional restrictions, or terminating accumulated points.
Ride in Bliss may cancel, suspend, or restrict your participation in the Program and may void any Clouds or Rewards earned but not yet redeemed, in the event of suspected or actual fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, or at the company’s discretion.
Only active accounts are eligible to earn or redeem Clouds. An “active account” is defined as an account registered with a Ride in Bliss Plus membership that has completed at least one paid Ride in Bliss trip within the preceding twenty-four (24) months.
Members earn one (1) Cloud for every one hundred dollars (US $100) spent on eligible completed rides.
Upon the accrual of ten (10) Clouds, the Member shall be entitled to redeem one (1) Reward of their choice from the following options:
Redemption is permitted only in full increments of ten (10) Clouds. Partial redemptions are not allowed.
Virtual gift card(s) are valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of issuance. A unique redemption code will be delivered to the email address associated with the Member’s Ride in Bliss Plus account within forty-eight (48) hours following submission of the reward request. Expired codes have no value and will not be reissued, extended, or replaced. It is the sole responsibility of the Member to verify receipt of the virtual gift card. Ride in Bliss shall not be liable for lost, delayed, misdirected, blocked, or undelivered virtual gift cards, including but not limited to issues caused by spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or technical malfunctions outside of Ride in Bliss’s control.
Clouds are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, combined, or assigned to another person or another account. Rewards may not be combined with those of another member.
Clouds will be credited to the email address on file with the member’s Ride in Bliss Plus account. Multiple email addresses by the same individual will result in separate accounts, and points across accounts may not be merged.
Ride in Bliss is not liable for any malfunction, error, or technical failure relating to the tracking, crediting, or redemption of Clouds in the Program.
Enrollment occurs upon sign-up with a Ride in Bliss Plus account and completion of the Member’s first eligible paid trip.
The Program is offered solely for individual personal use. It is not intended for commercial, corporate, or group travel accounts.
Clouds may be earned on all qualifying rides completed on or after January 1, 2025, provided the Member maintains an active Ride in Bliss Plus account. Rides taken without an active Ride in Bliss Plus account are not eligible to earn Clouds. Clouds may be credited retroactively for qualifying trips taken within the twenty-four (24) months immediately preceding enrollment, so long as those trips occurred on or after January 1, 2025. Rides completed more than twenty-four (24) months prior to enrollment, or prior to January 1, 2025, are not eligible for Cloud accumulation.
By enrolling in and participating in the Ride in Bliss Loyalty Program, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
