When your family travels with us, it’s our job to be sure that you are comfortable and safe. Ride in Bliss recognizes the trust that you put in us. That’s why we have recently acquired Child Passenger Safety Technician certification from Safe Kids Worldwide.
Working closely with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the National Child Passenger Safety Board, and State Farm Insurance, the National Child Passenger Safety Certification Training Program has certified more than 43,000 CPS technicians to conduct child safety seat checks and provide education and hands-on assistance in the installation and maintenance of car safety restraints.
All Ride in Bliss drivers receive hours of practical instruction from our CPS technicians so that you can know your family is getting the best care possible. This means that every child safety seat in every Ride in Bliss vehicle has been inspected, maintained, and installed to ensure your child’s safety.
CPS technicians and instructors put their knowledge to work by conducting child safety seat checks, where parents and caregivers receive hands-on assistance for proper use of child restraint systems and safety belts. These dedicated technicians offer education, support, and guidance in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and U.S. territories.
Because the primary function of a CPS technician is to educate, Ride in Bliss would also be glad to help you review best practices and double-check the safety and proper functioning of your own car seats, if you are interested.
Safe Kids can connect you to Child Passenger Safety (CPS) technicians in your community who can help. Here are three ways to find nationally certified child passenger safety technicians near you.
Working with a CPS technician will be a one-on-one learning experience. When you leave, you can be confident that your child’s seat is installed correctly and feel comfortable reinstalling it on your own.
