Our pricing for limousine and black car rentals varies depending on a range of factors, including the type of vehicle, the length of your trip, the day and time of the week, and any additional services that you may require. We recommend checking our website or contacting our team directly to get an accurate price for your specific needs. We'll happily provide you with a transparent and competitive pricing quote, ensuring you have all the information you need to make an informed decision.

Is there a minimum number of hours required for a rental?

All reservations have a minimum rental period of 3 hours. This ensures that we can provide high-quality transportation services that meet your specific requirements, no matter the occasion.

Will I receive a confirmation from my driver?

We want to make sure you have all the information you need for a smooth pick-up experience. That's why we'll send you a confirmation email 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up, including your driver's information and instructions. Knowing that your driver is confirmed and ready to pick you up on time will give you peace of mind.

Can I request a specific driver for my trip?

We offer the option to request a specific driver for your trip. Simply let us know the name of the driver you prefer when placing your reservation, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I request a specific type of vehicle for my reservation?

Absolutely! When making a reservation, you can request the specific type of vehicle that best suits your needs.

When is the best time to book my ride?

Are your drivers required to wear masks?

We prioritize the safety and comfort of our passengers and drivers. While we don't currently require our drivers to wear masks, we understand that some passengers may prefer it. If you would like your driver to wear a mask during your ride, simply mention it in the note box when placing your reservation, and we will do our best to honor your request.

Vehicles

How many passengers can your vehicles accommodate?

We offer a range of vehicles to accommodate your specific needs, including SUVs that can seat up to 6 people, sedans that can seat up to 3 people, and Chevrolet Suburban that can accommodate up to 7 people. For larger groups, we offer stretch limos that can accommodate up to 8 people, Mercedes Sprinter vans that can seat up to 13 people, and party buses that can seat 20, 25, or 30 passengers. Additionally, we offer trolleys that can accommodate up to 34 people, making it an excellent option for weddings, proms, and other special events.

How many suitcases can fit in an SUV or Toyota Sienna?

Up to 6 large suitcases and 2 carry-ons can fit in an SUV or Toyota Sienna.

Are your vehicles new or old?

We pride ourselves on providing our passengers with a comfortable and reliable ride. That's why our vehicles are always well-maintained and kept up-to-date. Our policy ensures that our vehicles are not older than 3 years, and our drivers regularly upgrade their vehicles to provide you with a high-quality experience. So, whether you're commuting to work or heading to the airport, you can expect a smooth and comfortable ride in one of our modern, well-maintained vehicles.

What is the most economical vehicle?

The most economical vehicle is the Sedan - Lincoln MKT (with no car seats), or the Toyota Sienna (with car seats).

What is your policy on alcohol consumption in vehicles?

We take our passengers' and drivers' safety and well-being very seriously. To ensure a safe and enjoyable ride for everyone, we have a strict policy on alcohol consumption in our vehicles. Consumption of alcohol is only permitted in stretch limos, party buses, and trolleys, which are designed for such activities and operated by trained professionals.

What types of vehicles are available for transportation with your limousine company?

We offer a variety of vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, and Toyota Sienna minivans. Our vehicles are well-maintained and equipped with the latest amenities to ensure your comfort during the ride.

Special & Extra Services

Do you offer any extras, such as Wi-Fi or chargers for electronic devices?

Chargers are available in every vehicle, and Wi-Fi is available on request.

Can I order food and drinks for my ride?

You can order coffee or other beverages through our online portal or select your choices in advance using our Ride in Bliss Plus feature. For airport pick-ups, we also offer pizza service. Please note that a small size coffee is complimentary with your ride. So, whether you're looking for a quick pick-me-up or a tasty snack, we've got you covered. Just let us know your preferences, and we'll take care of the rest.

Can I request an extra stop during my ride, and is there an additional cost associated with it?

You can request an additional stop when making your reservation, and we'll do our best to accommodate it. Please keep in mind that there is an additional charge of $15 for a stop within 4 blocks in the same town. So, if you need to make an extra stop, please let us know in advance, and we'll make the necessary arrangements for you.

Do you offer onboard entertainment options like TVs or DVD players?

Onboard entertainment options such as TVs or DVD players are available in some cars or on request.

What is your policy on smoking in vehicles?

We have smoke-free cars only.

What is your policy on pets in vehicles?

Pets are allowed in select vehicles for a fee of $35, subject to availability.

Do you offer after-surgery transportation?

After-surgery transportation can be a crucial part of your recovery process. That's why we offer after-surgery transportation services, providing you with a safe and comfortable ride to and from your appointment. You can choose between point-to-point service or hourly service with a minimum of 2 hours. Hourly service is recommended if you anticipate any delays or run late. Driver will wait for you until you finish your appointment. We are committed to ensuring that you have a stress-free and comfortable transportation experience, so you can focus on your recovery.

Airport Car Service

What is the departure time on the reservation form for?

The departure time on the reservation form is for us to calculate the best pick-up time for you, ensuring that you arrive at the airport in plenty of time for your flight.

How will I know who my driver is when I arrive at the airport?

We understand that it's essential to know who your driver is when you arrive at the airport. That's why we'll send you a detailed email 24 hours before your ride with all the information you need, including your driver's name, contact information, vehicle model, and license plate number. That way, you can quickly identify your driver and confidently start your ride.

What is your policy on early or late arrivals for pick-ups?

To ensure a stress-free pick-up experience, our company policy accommodates early or late flight arrivals. Upon booking, we track your flight so that your driver is available when you arrive at the airport, regardless of any unexpected delays or schedule changes. This means you can count on us to be there for you whenever you land.

What happens when my flight gets delayed?

Our team monitors your flight's status to ensure that we're aware of any changes to your arrival time. We'll do our best to accommodate any delays, ensuring that your transportation experience is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Car Seats

Do you provide car seats for children?

Yes, we provide car seats for children upon request (and for free).

What type of car seats do you provide?

We provide standard car seats for children. We provide all type car seats from newborn to school age.

What age group are your car seats suitable for?

Our car seats are suitable for children from newborns to school age.

How many car seats can be installed in a vehicle?

It depends on the vehicle and on the people traveling. SUVs can accommodate up to 2-3 car seats, and the Toyota Sienna can accommodate up to 4 car seats.

What is the most economical vehicle with car seats?

The Toyota Sienna is the most economical vehicle with car seats.

Can I book a sedan with car seats?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate car seat requests for sedans. If you require car seats for your trip, please make sure to reserve an SUV or Toyota Sienna and let us know your requirements in advance so we can ensure a safe and comfortable ride for you and your family.

Can I book a stretch limo with car seats?

We do not provide car seats in stretch limos or party buses as it is not safe to install them in those vehicles. If you require car seats for your trip, we recommend reserving an SUV or another suitable vehicle that can accommodate car seats safely for your child's safety.

Is there an additional charge for car seats?

No, there is no additional charge for car seats.

Can I bring my own car seat or do you provide them?

We recommend using our pre-installed car seats to save you time. If you prefer to bring your own car seat, you may put it in the trunk.

Do your drivers know how to install car seats?

Yes, all of our drivers are trained by a certified car seat technician to ensure they know how to install car seats properly. This guarantees your child's safety during the ride.

Do babies count as passengers?

We welcome passengers of all ages, including babies and young children. When making your reservation, please make sure to include your children in the total number of passengers and let us know the correct type of car seat needed for your child's safety during the ride.

Can I request point-to-point service for a concert or event?

Yes, we offer point-to-point service for transportation to the venue. However, for transportation from the event, a minimum of 2 hours of hourly service reservation is required.

Do you offer transportation services for business meetings or conferences?

Changes & Cancellations

How do I communicate with my driver before my trip?

We'll provide you with the driver's contact information, including their phone number, ahead of time, so you can reach out to them directly for any questions or concerns you may have regarding your pick-up time or location. If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please email us with all the changes you can always contact our customer service team, who will be happy to assist you.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

When you place your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that your booking has been received. Additionally, 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time, you will receive a final confirmation email with detailed information about your driver and vehicle. If for any reason, you do not receive a confirmation email, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team by email info@rideinbliss.com or by phone +1 (847) 845-1151, who will be happy to assist you. We're committed to providing you with a hassle-free and reliable transportation service, and we'll ensure you have all the information you need for a successful trip.

Can I make a last-minute reservation?

To ensure the availability of our vehicles and drivers, we recommend pre-arranging your reservation at least 2 hours in advance, ideally a minimum of 1 day before your scheduled pick-up time. By booking your ride with us in advance, you can rest assured that everything will be taken care of, and you'll have a stress-free transportation experience.

What is your cancellation policy?

For airport service, cancellation of sedan and SUV reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, while stretch limos require a 7-day notice and party buses and trolleys require a 2-week notice. We'll do our best to ensure that your cancellation experience is hassle-free and straightforward, providing you with the peace of mind you need to plan your trip with confidence.

Can I change the pick-up time if I do not like the suggested time?

If you'd like to change your pick-up time, simply forward us your confirmation email with your preferred time, and we'll make the change for you. However, please keep in mind that changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may not be guaranteed.

Can I make changes to my reservation after it has been confirmed?

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to make changes to your reservation. You can submit any changes by email, preferably at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time for SUVs. However, please note that stretch limos, party buses, and trolleys require a minimum of 5 days' notice for any changes. We'll do our best to accommodate any changes you need to make, ensuring that you have a stress-free and enjoyable transportation experience.

What is your policy on last-minute reservations?

We recommend making reservations in advance to ensure availability. However, if you need to make a last-minute reservation, we require a minimum of 2-3 hours' notice during the day, subject to availability.

What is your policy on unscheduled stops during the trip?

Unscheduled stops may be necessary during your trip, however, it depends on the driver's schedule and availability. If time permits, an extra stop can be added for a fee starting at $15. Please let us know in advance if you need to make an extra stop, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I make a stop or multiple stops during my trip?

We understand that you may need to make stops during your trip, whether it's for a quick errand or to pick up friends or family. If you're booking airport service, you can add an extra stop with the address when making your reservation. However, please note that additional charges may apply depending on the distance and time spent at each stop. If you're booking hourly service, you can make unlimited stops without any additional fees, allowing you to have more flexibility and control over your itinerary.

How can I pay for my reservation?

At this time, we accept credit card payments only for all reservations. We'll keep your payment information secure and confidential, ensuring that your transaction is safe and hassle-free.

What is your policy on overtime charges if my trip runs longer than expected?

Additional fees may apply if your trip runs longer than expected. For hourly service, any additional hours will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
