Curbside Pickup is Quick and Cost-Effective

For curbside pickup, follow these easy steps:

• Collect your luggage (lower level – LL)
• Locate your door number (e.g. Vestibule 3D LL)
• Call our office (847) 845-1151 when ready with all your belongings
• Passenger will be given the description of the car (e.g. black Lincoln Town Car) and the plate number
• Wait on the middle island (for international arrivals use the first lane)

Meet & Greet Service Leaves Everything in Your Driver’s Hands

For Meet & Greet service, you simply walk off the plane and head to baggage claim:

• You driver will meet you at baggage claim with a personalized sign
• Driver will assist with luggage and escort you to the car in short-term parking
