Customer Support Assistant

Ride in Bliss has an open part-time job for assistant taking calls from clients, making reservations, set up meetings, and ensure client’s satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Customer service or call center experience 1-3yrs minimum
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Speak English clearly (crisp, clear English as 1st or 2nd language)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, ...)
• Friendly & helpful personality
• Quick learner and adaptable
• Resourceful problem solver
• Engaging but time conscious 
• Polite but assertive
• Experience at a limousine company an advantage
